Letter of Invitation
The secretariat will send an official invitation letter upon request. Such an invitation is intended to help a potential participant raise funds or obtain his/her country's exit visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. If you need an individual invitation, please contact the secretariat, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Letter for Visa Issuance
The Organizing Committee provides a participant who needs to obtain an entry visa to Korea with a letter for visa issuance. The letter may be presented to the Korean Embassy or Consulate where you apply for visa. Although it may not guarantee the visa issuance, it will certainly facilitate your visa process.
